Quick answers
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most cottages. For weekends, festival weeks (Dashain, Tihar) and December, book two months out - these dates sell first.
Can you help plan my itinerary?
Yes - tell us how many nights you have and what you love, and we will suggest a route across two or three cottages with transfer times and seasons included.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes - weekly rates at every cottage, usually 10-15% below the nightly rate [CLIENT-COPY: confirm discount structure]. Ask when you book.
Is my booking request confirmed immediately?
No - a host confirms your dates within 24 hours. Nothing is charged until then, and you always get a written confirmation with the final NPR rate.
