Can I book a whole cottage for my family?
Yes - whole-cottage buyouts are available at every property, with priority for families and small groups. Children are welcome at most cottages; tell us ages when you enquire.
Do you arrange airport pickup?
Yes, from Kathmandu airport at NPR 2,500 per car [CLIENT-COPY: confirm rate]. Pickup from valley cottages is often included; just ask when you book.
Is wifi available?
Most valley and Pokhara cottages have reliable wifi; ridge and jungle stays are for switching off. Every stay page states the connectivity honestly - we never oversell it.
What payment methods do you accept?
eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. For international guests we can invoice in USD or EUR with transparent conversion.
Can I extend my stay once I am there?
Usually yes, if the cottage is free. Ask your host - they will give you the honest answer, and the extension rate is the same as your booking rate.
